At Great Garden Co., we aim to deliver your gardening essentials with speed and care. Our shipping policy is designed to offer clarity and assurance as you shop with us.

1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all addresses within the mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally or to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or remote islands.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and destination. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Standard Delivery: £4.95 (free for orders over £50)

  • Bulky or oversized items may incur an additional fee, which will be stated on the product page.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri to ensure reliable delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, our couriers may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place, or they may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery. You can manage your delivery preferences via the courier’s tracking link.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event of receiving a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number. Lost parcels will be investigated, and a replacement or refund will be issued once confirmed.
